What Data We Collect

When you visit this archive, our web server automatically logs the following standard request data:

  • IP address (anonymised to the last octet)
  • Browser type and version
  • Referring URL and page requested
  • Date and time of access

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. This information is used only to respond to your message and is not stored in any marketing database.

Cookies

This archive uses one first-party cookie (swh_cookie_consent) to record whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. It stores no personal data and expires with your browser session or after 12 months, whichever comes first.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or behavioural analytics services. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN; their privacy policy governs any data collected by that request.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of server log data is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the purpose of maintaining archive security and diagnosing technical errors. Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.

Data Retention

Server log data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@stonewellhome.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
